For the further development of our business within the field of the supply of passive components in the construction of fiber optic and data networks, Alcadon BV is looking for a driven employee to strengthen the sales and back-office team.

This position is a first step towards migrating to the role of Account Manager in the medium term.

The candidate that Alcadon BV is looking for must meet the following requirements:

• Commercial attitude: Solution- and result-oriented. Searching for sustainable customer relationships
• Showing clear interest in the markets of data communication and infrastructure rollout
• Knowledge within the domain of passive components, used in the datacom environment
• No "9 to 5 mentality"
• Team player
• At the start of his/her activities, the candidate already has some sales experience, a network of contacts and can demonstrate the focus on results with a proven track record
• Dutch-speaking with good knowledge of French and English is an absolute must
• Good knowledge within the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT.
• Handling and knowledge of ERP systems and administrative processes
• Willingness to make frequent domestic trips and sporadic international visits

The position is full time.

• Team player
• The candidate already has inside sales experience at the start of his/her activities
• Dutch-speaking with good knowledge of French and English is an absolute must
• Good knowledge within the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT.
• Handling and knowledge of ERP systems and administrative processes
